Investor Relations (IR) at ASM is a highly visible and strategic function at the intersection of finance, communications, and the semiconductor industry. The team plays a key role in shaping how ASM is understood by investors, analysts, and other stakeholders around the world.

Our IR team works closely with senior management to communicate the company's strategy, financial performance, and long-term growth opportunities.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Investor Relations professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-tech environment. Reporting to the Head of Investor Relations, you will play an important role in strengthening ASM's dialogue with the global financial community. You will work closely with senior management and gain direct exposure to leading investors, analysts, and one of the world's most innovative semiconductor companies.
Main responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and enhancing external financial communications, including earnings press releases, investor presentations, annual reports, and other investor materials.
- Supporting quarterly earnings processes and helping communicate ASM's strategy, business developments, and financial performance to the investment community.
- Participating in investor and analyst engagement activities, including meetings, conference calls, roadshows, capital markets events, and industry conferences.
- Monitoring and analyzing ASM's share price performance, valuation, investor sentiment, peer developments, industry trends, and equity research.
- Monitoring investor and analyst feedback, identifying key themes, market perceptions, and emerging topics relevant to ASM, and translating these insights into actionable recommendations.
- Developing analyses, insights, and materials to support ASM’s interactions with investors, analysts, and other external stakeholders.
- Collaborating closely with colleagues across Finance, Legal, Sustainability, Human Resources, Marketing, and Executive Management.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of ASM's investor relations program, processes, and best practices.
Job requirements
- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Investor Relations, or a comparable role.
- Strong financial, analytical, and quantitative capabilities, with the ability to translate complex information into clear and compelling messages.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience with data analysis, workflow automation, or digital productivity tools is an advantage. Familiarity with Python or similar analytical tools is a plus.
- Strong interest in financial markets, capital markets, and the semiconductor industry.
- Proactive, intellectually curious, and eager to learn.
- Collaborative team player with a positive, open-minded, and hands-on approach.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
