Manager in Training (MIT)

The Manager in Training (MIT) is a high-performing sales leader being developed for future Assistant General Manager and General Manager opportunities within Region 4. MITs are expected to be among the top producers in the club while leading by example through exceptional execution, accountability, and ownership.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving membership sales and referrals
  • Coaching and developing Member Service Representatives (MSRs)
  • Ensuring club cleanliness, zone execution, and Brand Excellence standards
  • Managing Daily Sales Tracker (DST) execution and follow-up
  • Assisting with the GM Planner and daily operational priorities
  • Supporting staffing, training, member experience, and sales performance
  • Holding the team accountable to Region 4 standards and expectations

MITs work directly alongside the AGM and GM and are expected to learn and execute all aspects of club leadership. This role is designed for individuals who are hungry to grow, develop others, and prepare for the next step in their leadership journey.
