Greetings from your future manager

You will work with senior leaders and stream owners across business, operations and functions to create transparency, momentum and accountability in a complex international environment.” – Harri Janhunen, Vice President, Strategy

What you will do

The objective of the Manager, India PMO is to establish and lead an effective program management office. In this role you will

  • Maintain the integrated program plan across technical investment, lease and permitting, legal and compliance, finance, HR, IT, sourcing and supply chain, product portfolio, commercial ramp-up and organizational development
  • Drive execution through the agreed governance cadence, ensuring that meetings are focused on decisions, inputs are prepared on time, actions are clearly assigned and follow-up is rigorous
  • Maintain focus on the program’s most critical milestones, decisions and action items, challenging priorities and mobilising resolution where progress is at risk
  • Coordinate dependencies and hand-offs between workstreams, identify gaps or conflicting assumptions early, and facilitate cross-functional problem solving
  • Resolve roadblocks and turn solutions into effective execution plans

Who you are

  • You are a structured, pragmatic and impact-oriented change leader who combines strategic perspective with hands-on execution
  • You have a strong track record of leading a PMO or cross-functional programs, market entry, business transformation or operating-model build-up
  • You are skilled in integrated planning, governance design, milestone and dependency management, risk and issue management, change control and executive reporting
  • You can identify the few issues that matter most, bring clarity to ambiguity and drive owners towards decisions and results without relying on formal authority
  • You communicate clearly and effectively across cultures, functions and organisational levels, from project teams to senior executives
  • You work effectively in a fast-moving international environment and are willing to travel to India
  • You have a Master’s degree or equivalent education and excellent written and spoken English
