Manager, Influencer Partnership

Role Summary and Impact
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Manager, Influencer Partnerships to lead the development and execution of best-in-class influencer marketing initiatives for our clients. This role will drive influencer strategy, oversee campaign delivery, cultivate high-value creator and partner relationships, and ensure campaigns achieve both brand and business objectives. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to clients, mentor junior team members, and contribute to the growth and innovation of the Influencer Partnerships practice

• Develop and lead influencer marketing strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Own end-to-end influencer campaigns, including creator selection, negotiation, briefing, execution, and performance management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, creator agencies, and industry partners
• Monitor campaign performance, provide strategic insights, and optimize results against KPIs and ROI objectives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, presenting recommendations, campaign outcomes, and market insights.
• Mentor and guide junior team members while fostering cross-functional collaboration.
• Stay informed of creator economy trends, emerging platforms, and industry best practices to drive innovation.

Skills and experience:

• 5+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Social Media, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
• Proven experience managing influencer campaigns and client relationships.
• Strong network within the influencer and creator ecosystem in Vietnam.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
