Manager - Infrastructure Finance
The role sits at the intersection of infrastructure, private credit and structured finance, supporting the origination and execution of long?dated receivables?backed transactions. Client Details Our client is a rapidly growing, Abu Dhabi-based financial services platform. Description You will play a key role in the build?out of a new business line focused on financing predictable, long?term cash flows linked to infrastructure and energy?related assets. Key responsibilities include: * Supporting the development and execution of infrastructure and receivables?backed financing transactions * Structuring and analysing long?dated cash flow opportunities * Building and reviewing detailed financial models (project?style and cash?flow based) * Preparing lender?ready materials and supporting discussions with banks and institutional lenders * Assisting with debt fundraising processes and lender due diligence * Working closely with internal stakeholders to help institutionalise credit, risk and structuring processes * Supporting the scalability and digitisation of the infrastructure financing platform * Evaluating new sectors and use cases, including energy, utilities and smart infrastructure Job Offer * Opportunity to help build a new infrastructure financing vertical within a fast?growing, well?capitalised financial services platform * Exposure to long?dated, infrastructure?linked financings and institutional lender engagement * Broad role covering structuring, modelling and execution, offering strong career development * Abu Dhabi-based role within a lean, high?performing team environment
* 5-8 years' experience in infrastructure finance, project finance, private credit or structured finance * Background in a bank, infrastructure or private credit fund, or Big Four infrastructure / deals advisory team * Strong understanding of long?dated, contracted cash flows and receivables?based financing * Advanced financial modelling skills, including project or cash?flow?based models * Experience engaging with banks, DFIs or institutional lenders * Strong communication skills and the ability to operate in a lean, fast?paced environment * Exposure to energy, utilities or core infrastructure sectors is advantageous
