Build the platform that powers a service essential to life.

Water is life. Every day, millions of Western Australians rely on the technology that helps deliver safe, reliable water services to homes, businesses and communities.

We're looking for an exceptional technology leader to take on one of the most challenging and rewarding infrastructure leadership roles in the state.

This is not a role for someone seeking stability. It's a role for someone driven to create it.

As Manager Infrastructure Platform, you will lead the transformation of a complex enterprise environment spanning networks, workplace technology, storage, legacy infrastructure and cloud platforms. You'll be responsible for safely bridging the old and the new, modernising critical infrastructure while keeping essential services running. The role includes supporting the transition to Infrastructure as Code, strengthening resilience, simplifying technology and building the platform capability needed for the future.

What makes this role different?

  • Lead infrastructure that underpins an essential public service.
  • Shape the future through cloud, automation and Infrastructure as Code.
  • Modernise legacy environments while maintaining operational excellence.
  • Build high-performing teams and influence enterprise-wide outcomes.
  • Leave a legacy that will impact Western Australians for decades.

Who we're looking for

A leader who thrives on complexity, embraces accountability and can turn vision into action.

You'll bring deep infrastructure leadership experience, strong commercial and stakeholder skills, and a track record of delivering transformation without compromising reliability. Most importantly, you'll have the courage to challenge the status quo and the determination to see change through.

Join us

We're building a modern, resilient and secure technology foundation that will set a new standard for the future.

If you're motivated by purpose, inspired by challenge and want to lead infrastructure transformation at scale, we'd love to hear from you.

Apply: If you are interested in the above opportunity, please submit a covering letter and resume that best demonstrates your ability to meet the requirements of the role.

As part of the recruitment process you may be required to complete pre-employment screening which may include a medical, qualification check, police clearance and Australian working rights check.
