Ansell is looking for a Manager, International Sales (Sub-Continent) to join our team!
1. The role is responsible for driving sales growth across the subcontinent through effective management and expansion of the distributor/channel network.
2. The incumbent will focus on strengthening market coverage across key industrial verticals, ensuring strong distributor performance, and delivering sustainable revenue growth via structured sales planning and execution.
3. Key aspects of the role include\:
End-to-end channel and distributor management, ensuring regional and vertical coverage
Driving sales growth and market expansion across diverse territories within the sub-continent
Building strong relationships with key end-users and distributor partners
Leading market intelligence and competitive tracking to identify new opportunities
Ensuring effective implementation of sales programs, tools (SFDC), and tenders
Supporting capability building and training for distributor teams

Responsibilities & Specific Accountabilities\:
Channel & Distributor Management\:
Build, manage, and optimize a strong distributor network across the sub-continent
Ensure effective geographical and vertical market coverage
Drive distributor performance, capability building, and alignment with business goals
Sales Execution & Growth\:
Deliver sales targets through structured planning and execution
Drive demand generation via distributor-led and direct engagement models
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industrial segments
Market & Customer Management\:
Develop strong relationships with key end-users and distributor stakeholders
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform business strategy
Strengthen penetration across priority verticals
Program & Process Implementation\:
Implement sales initiatives and commercial programs effectively
Ensure adoption of tools (e.g., SFDC, Guardian) for performance tracking
Manage tender participation and submissions
Training & Enablement\:
Provide product and application training to distributor teams and customers
Enhance technical and selling capabilities of channel partners
Compliance & Governance\:
Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing guidelines, and trading terms
Key Position Requirements\:
Experience\:
12+ years of experience in channel-led B2B/Medical & industrial sales
Prior experience in managing a team
Strong experience in\:
Channel & distributor management
Multi-region / sub-continent territory management
Market development and expansion
Exposure to PPE / safety / industrial products is advantageous (not mandatory)
Education
MBA preferred
Bachelor’s degree required
