Manager, Investor Delivery

Reporting to Senior Leadership, you will:

• Oversee the delivery of investor onboarding, AML/KYC, investor servicing, dealing, reporting and cash management activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, client expectations and internal controls.
• Act as a senior escalation point for complex operational, investor and client-related matters, coordinating across internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve effective resolution.
• Manage relationships with key clients, fund managers and service providers, supporting governance meetings, service reviews and ongoing service delivery discussions.
• Monitor operational performance, service levels, risk indicators and control effectiveness, driving improvements to enhance quality, efficiency and client outcomes.
• Lead and support strategic initiatives, regulatory change projects, fund launches, client transitions and process enhancement activities impacting Investor Operations.
• Partner with Compliance, Risk and other business functions to identify and mitigate operational risks, support audits and ensure timely remediation of control findings.
• Develop and mentor supervisors and team leads, promoting technical excellence, accountability and consistent service delivery across the function.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in investor operations, transfer agency, fund administration, investor services, or a similar financial services environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and developing teams in a client-focused operational environment.
• Experience in transaction processing, cash management, reporting, and client servicing is very important.
• Knowledge of investor lifecycle activities, including onboarding would be considered advantage.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively manage client relationships and escalated issues.
