The Manager, Investor Relations will support all facets and be a key contributor to the Investor Relations team. The role will have significant exposure to senior management, as they prepare for external engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- The role will support internal IR needs such as shareholder engagement and monitoring; financial and data analysis; earnings and presentation preparation; external conferences and meetings.
- Be a key supporter of the earnings process including presentations, prepared remarks, and Q&A.
- Collaborate with Strategy and Business Units to understand financial performance and strategic initiatives.
- Align with Finance, Communications and Legal teams on all processes for external materials.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in investor relations, finance, FP&A, equity research, investment banking, and/or corporate development
Preferred Qualifications
- Highly motivated, collaborative and proactive to respond to management’s needs
- Finance degree or MBA, with sell-side research or buy-side experience
- Knowledge of Carrier Business Units
- Expert in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Highly organized, efficient, and able to manage competing demands
