Manager Investor Relations (f/m/x)

• You support financial reporting, earnings communications and capital market activities.
• You prepare business intelligence, peer benchmarking and capital market analyses.
• You monitor business performance, investor expectations and industry trends to identify key insights and value drivers.
• You support investor targeting and shareholder engagement initiatives through analysis of the shareholder base, investor preferences and capital market positioning.
• You support investor, analyst and conference engagement activities.
• You maintain and further develop Investor Relations communication channels, including the IR website.
• You build strong relationships with stakeholders across the DOUGLAS Group.

• A completed university degree with a focus on business administration, economics, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in Investor Relations or an equivalent role.
• Strong analytical capabilities, numerical aptitude, high process discipline, and the ability to quickly understand complex business relationships.
• Knowledge of capital markets, IFRS accounting standards, and financial analysis.
• High proficiency in standard MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and take a proactive, forward-thinking approach.
• Strong communication skills combined with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Fluent German and English language skills.
• A positive mindset characterized by openness, self-motivation, enthusiasm for work, a hands-on mentality, and enjoyment of teamwork.
