Manager - IT, Full Stack Developer

About the role

The role reports to the IT Software Development and Application Support Manager, and will be doing the in house development covering both front end and back end as full stack developer.

Key responsibilities

• Design, code, and maintain features for existing web applications using C# / .NET on the backend and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue) on the frontend

• Identify, debug, and resolve application bugs, performance bottlenecks, and technical debt across the entire code stack

• Write efficient T-SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and database migrations in MS SQL Server

• Understand users' requirements and translate them into application features

• Write high quality source code to program enhancements

• Perform unit and integration testing

• Perform functional and non-functional testing

• Respect the development standards

• Keep up with trends in terms of standard, technologies or methodologies

• Enrich the backlog of issues (source of recurring incidents), including description, impact/recurrence/priority

About you

• A recognized Degree in Information Technology, IT System Engineering or equivalent

• Solid expertise in C# programming language (at least 5 years)

• Knowledge of .NET Framework (including WCF & WPF) or ASP.NET

• Advanced level in SQL (SQL Server) (at least 6 years)

• REST API design and development

• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and hands-on experience with a frontend framework (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js)

• Familiarity with banking environment

• Knowledge of clean and tested code writing

• Willing to work with other programming languages and frameworks where appropriate, particularly React and Python

• Good troubleshooting skills to find out root cause of issue and provide valuable suggestions to resolve the problem
