Manager - IT Infrastructure (Immediate Joiner)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Manager IT Infrastructure to oversee and drive the implementation, management, and continuous improvement of our technology infrastructure. This includes data centers, servers, storage, cloud (AWS & Digital Occean) platforms, networks, telephony, service monitoring, end-user support, and overall system security. The role will ensure high availability, scalability, and security of IT systems while enabling innovation and aligning technology with business objectives.

The Manager IT Infrastructure will work closely with the Business Applications Lead and will lead Infrastructure & Operations teams, ensuring robust planning, governance, and deployment of technology solutions across projects and geographies.

Role & responsibilities:

• Lead the enterprise IT infrastructure strategy and ensure seamless execution across locations.
• Provide vision, direction, and governance for infrastructure services, ensuring innovation, automation, cost optimization, and service quality.
• Oversee planning, project management, and implementation of IT infrastructure initiatives.
• Establish enterprise technology standards, architecture frameworks, and governance processes.
• Conduct product and vendor evaluations to ensure adoption of best-in-class technologies and partners.
• Manage and strengthen strategic vendor partnerships; drive governance and accountability with external partners.
• Collaborate in formulating enterprise architecture and system roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership in infrastructure design, upgrades, migrations, and troubleshooting.
• Define and oversee disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity architecture, ensuring high availability and resilience of IT services.
• Ensure effective delivery of 24/7 operations, adherence to SLAs, and compliance with KPIs.

Preferred candidate profile:

• 10+ years of total IT experience with at least 5+ years managing infrastructure in a 24/7 high-availability, multi-site enterprise environment.
• Strong HANDS ON expertise in server management, networks, storage, cloud (preferably AWS & Digital Ocean) computing, cybersecurity, and data protection across multi-country operations.
• Proven track record in high-availability and DR architecture design and management.
• Hands-on exposure to ITIL frameworks, information security, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with regulatory compliance, application & network security best practices.
• Strong leadership, vendor management, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
