WHAT YOU’LL DO
The product data and content team within Growth and R&D IT capabilities enables the core digital IT foundation for driving e-commerce sales, brand consistency, and product information management. As Senior Manager, IT - Growth and R&D Capabilities, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and managing the mission-critical technology platforms that power Kraft Heinz's marketing and creative operations.
In this role, you will:
- Own the IT systems – serve as the primary technical owner for a connected ecosystem of tools, including Digital Asset Management (DAM), marketing project management (Monday.com), and Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Express, Firefly, and Frame.io, ensuring these systems operate reliably, evolve strategically, and are fully leveraged by the teams that depend on them every day.
- Own the IT roadmap - partner with business owners on prioritization and delivery decisions, while independently owning the assessment and triage of all incoming change requests, including impacts to existing integrations, architecture, security, and day-to-day operations.
- Manage demands and projects end-to-end – manage multiple global projects simultaneously, from demand management, capital requests, and cost-benefit analysis through successful delivery via our ITSM platform, ServiceNow. Work with external vendors, SIs (system integrators), and implementation partners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of projects.
- Manage relationships – manage active relationships with global business teams, including Marketing, Omnichannel, Finance, and supporting teams.
- Lead service and support management with our development partners – run weekly tracking and drive monthly formal reviews to keep delivery and support on track.
- Vendor management - Work with key vendors and IT procurement team to ensure timely and cost-effective software agreement renewals.
WHO YOU ARE
You bring a blend of technical depth, project discipline, and strong cross-functional collaboration. You are comfortable working across business and technical teams, translating requirements into action, and staying organized and proactive in a rapidly evolving environment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in IT and/or data and analytics, ideally within a large Fortune 500 food and beverage or CPG organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related discipline.
- Technical project management and vendor management experience is a must.
- Demonstrated IT Service Management experience, supported by an ITIL foundation certification (or higher) and hands-on ownership of incident, problem, change, and release management processes (including operating within SLAs and driving continual service improvement).
- Hands-on experience with workflow management tools (e.g. Monday.com, ServiceNow) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) tools (e.g., Bynder, OrangeLogic or Adobe).
- Strong understanding of data and analytics processes and platforms; such as - Snowflake, and PowerBI.
- Interest in and proven learning agility with emerging Agentic AI capabilities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across business and technical stakeholders. Must fluently speak both "IT" and "Marketing". Ability to influence, without direct authority.
- Ability to present technical needs in terms of - business risk, ROI, and strategic impact.
- Ability to listen, understand, and synthesize business needs and translate requirements into technical architecture, engineering, and reporting activities.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ownership mindset and ability to work as a self-starter.
- Resilience and adaptability in a rapidly evolving business and technology landscape.
- Ability to prioritize work, manage budgets, and support on-time delivery.
- Detail-oriented written and verbal communication skills to present project updates and risks to leadership.
