About the Role
We are looking for an experienced SOC and Incident Response Leader to manage and enhance enterprise cybersecurity monitoring and response capabilities. This role will oversee SOC operations, incident response programs, MSSP relationships, and security operations maturity improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and govern Security Operations Centre (SOC) functions and incident response processes.
Manage MSSP providers and cybersecurity operations vendors.
Oversee SIEM, SOAR, log management, threat intelligence, and monitoring platforms.
Coordinate major security incident investigations and post-incident reviews.
Develop threat hunting, use case optimization, detection engineering, and automation initiatives.
Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and regulatory requirements.
Provide executive reporting on security posture, incidents, and response effectiveness.
Mentor and develop cybersecurity operations and incident response personnel.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in SOC, incident response, or cybersecurity operations.
Strong experience with SIEM, SOAR, MSSP management, and threat detection programs.
Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK, threat intelligence, and cybersecurity monitoring methodologies.
Proven leadership experience managing operational security teams.
