Manager - IT Support & Operations

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager with 15+ years of experience in IT support and operations, specifically within retail or multi-site environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead IT support and operations for retail store technology.

- Manage Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP (Finance, Supply Chain, Retail/Commerce).

- Oversee IT vendors and outsourced support services.

Technical Skills :

- Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, and Azure.

- ITSM / ITIL practices.

- Retail POS and payment systems.

- Windows, networking, endpoint management, and infrastructure support.

- Service monitoring and reporting tools.

Soft Skills :

- Strong leadership, people management, and stakeholder management.

- Customer-first mindset with excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.

- Ability to lead change, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.

Experience Required :

- 15+ years of IT support and operations experience.

- 5+ years in a leadership role within retail or multi-site operations.
