Manager-KDNI

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience delivering Cyber Security / Information security projects or PMO
  • Ability to work independently within a diverse, global team environment
  • Strong sense of accountability with a collaborative working style and excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive engagement across programmes
  • Ability to act as an escalation point for complex delivery, stakeholder, or technical issues
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills in English
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Copilot)
  • Familiarity with industry frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001)
  • Ability to interpret data and translate technical findings into clear, business-focused insights
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Experience conducting risk assessments, control reviews, or security evaluations
  • Comfortable working with data tools, reporting platforms, and dashboards
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with global stakeholders
  • Highly proactive, able to work with minimal supervision, and drive continuous improvement
  • Experience of Agile Change delivery, as well as managing complex delivery schedules, risk and action logs, and ongoing stakeholder communication

Prior KPMG or Big 4 experience is essential

  • Support the delivery of a global cyber risk programme designed to help KPMG member firms assess, understand, and manage their information security risks
  • Contribute to an initiative that builds risk profiles and reporting insights based on defined cyber risk scenarios (e.g., data breaches, system disruptions, third-party risks)
  • Provide technical information security expertise to interpret risk data and translate it into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Work as part of a global delivery team supporting multiple KPMG member firms across different regions
  • Support the scaling and enhancement of the programme as it expands to additional member firms and risk scenarios
  • Act as a proactive and influential point of contact for senior stakeholders across KPMG member firms
  • Anticipate potential challenges, address issues proactively, and escalate to management in a timely manner where required
  • Collaborate across departments, working closely with KPMG member firms and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of processes and programme objectives
