Manager-KDNI Pillar 2

Roles & responsibilities

Working as a Manager in this team, your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Review of Pillar 2 (Global Minimum Tax) GloBE Information returns for various countries
Responsible for a tactical detail review of the workpapers and filings for Pillar 2.
Responsible for Preparation of complex tax adjustment calculations for Pillar 2.
Working directly with the local engagement team on regular basis to deliver work to local clients.
Managing a team of staff to support the engagement delivery and managing staffing resource decisions as required for the engagement
Reviewing staff work and providing feedback and training as required.
Play a key role in business development, identifying new opportunities for growth and expanding our client base. Your strategic insights and proactive approach will be instrumental in driving our business forward.

Mandatory technical & functional skills

Understanding international and local tax requirements as well as US or Local GAAP and IFRS framework and ability to research technical topics efficiently and effectively.
Ability to research, read, comprehend and critically examine new tax pronouncements in order to have an informed point of view is a MUST
Demonstrated ability to learn and succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Project and Team management exposure

Prior experience in project scoping, effort estimate, project work planning, team handling, staffing, providing feedback, etc.
Led team on projects and experience of handling direct reportees including their performance management
Credible record of operating as an independent contributor and also working as part of a team during larger projects

Key behavioral attributes/requirements

Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations without compromising on quality and ethical standards and values
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Team player; self-driven and ability to work independently as well as able to motivate team members
Flexibility to adapt to a variety of engagement types, working hours and work environments and locations.
Ability to travel internationally.

Educational qualifications

CA / CPA / ACCA with 6+ years of exp

Work experience

Post qualification, International tax experience with a public accounting / advisory firm or similar organization,
Must have experience of preparation of Corporate Income Tax Returns, ideally for multiple jurisdictions.
Experience in Transfer Pricing or CbCR preparation
BEPS Pillar 2 experience is preferred
