Manager Labor Planning, Store Wages

Overview The Manager Labor Planning, Stores Wages is a key member of our EU Finance team, working in partnership with the Customer Experience, HR & Sales teams to provide data insights to support business decisions. In this role, you will be leading optimization of staffing costs, providing staff utilization recommendations, control store associates’ productive (on-sales-floor and in-stockroom) and non-productive (meetings, maintenance, vacations, etc.) time spent. In addition, you will have the opportunity to manage cost-optimization projects in collaboration with District (Area) Managers and broader CX teams across a variety of EU countries. Key to success in this role is the ability to collaborate and influence across teams, ability to provide clear guidelines and explanations and overcome obstacles. Responsibilities Manage annual (budget), monthly and weekly cadence of setting target hours for Stores Drive cost optimization projects in collaboration with WFM team & CX teams (District Managers & Regional VPs/ Market Directors) Lead development of staffing proposals (linked to target hours setting) at a store level. Introduce control mechanisms and ensure action plans are developed, addressed and executed in stores Identify wage/ cost opportunities and recommend/ contribute/ lead (process) change that leads to better business results Responsible for forecasting and actual reviews of hours spent (productive & non-productive) Contribute other various other projects as assigned Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering or a related field 4-7 years of relevant work experience in Labor Planning, Labor Utilization Analysis, Business Analysis Experience in Work Force Management (WFM), Labor Cost Analysis (Production, Retail, Logistics) will be an advantage Experience in an international environment, complex cost structure and/or accounting will be a plus Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus Advanced level Excel skills required; a business case is part of the recruitment process Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Able to quickly understand and improve complex data, reports, and processes Ability to recognize and address opportunities in the status quo Ability to plan and execute projects while meeting key milestones Benefits Recognition, inclusion and belonging in a diverse environment 25 holidays and flexible working (hybrid position, in office ~2 days p/w) Employee Discount on in-store and online products Casual Sneaker Culture Learning & Health/Wellbeing programs Career development and growth in an ambitious international team Travel reimbursement Access to premium wellness apps Bike plan and contribution to gym subscription Pension Plan Discounted Collective Health plans Activities organized by our Social Committee #
