Manager, Land and Property

The West Kowloon Cultural District Authority welcomes exceptional talent with a passion to realise the vision and mission of making the West Kowloon Cultural District a prime local and international destination for arts, culture and entertainment.

You will be responsible for:

  • coordinating with key internal and external stakeholders for land-related matters in relation to the preparation, execution and necessary modification of land grants for the WKCD;

  • assisting in formulating and implementing property development concept and strategy, and contribute to business planning for property developments in the WKCD, including identification of development opportunities and requirements; Provide support to taskforce, working groups and committees as well as manage and monitor the related consultancy studies;

  • contributing to development inputs such as land parcelling, development packaging, preparation of design and development briefs, and facilitate the preparation of tender and related documentation for Hotel, Office & Residential and other property development in the WKCD; and

  • performing any other duties from time to time as the Authority may reasonably direct.

You should:

  • possess a recognised university degree in surveying, real estate or equivalent discipline;

  • possess membership of an appropriate professional institution (e.g. HKIS / RICS) or equivalent;

  • have at least 6 years of post-qualification experience in land and property development, land administration or related fields;

  • have experience in the implementing property development projects for statutory bodies or public organisations in Hong Kong is an advantage; and

  • be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
