Holman is currently accepting applications for the position of Manager- Leadership Rotation.
Position Summary
The Holman Leadership Rotation Program (HLRP) is a highly selective opportunity intended for leaders who have demonstrated the capability, aspiration, and potential to assume significantly broader leadership responsibility and who are committed to building leadership capability beyond their current expertise. Participants complete rotational assignments across Holman Canada, gaining exposure to multiple functions, business models, and leadership environments while building the capabilities needed to lead larger teams, influence across functions, and drive business results.
Program Experience
Participants will complete a series of cross-functional rotational assignments designed to broaden business and operational acumen, strengthen leadership capabilities, and increase enterprise perspective. Throughout the program, participants will engage in structured leadership development, executive exposure, mentoring relationships, and cohort-based learning experiences while building the skills needed to lead larger teams and influence across functions.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3+ years of leadership experience, including direct people leadership or significant project leadership responsibilities
- Strong performance history with demonstrated business impact
- Experience leading teams, projects, or operational initiatives
- Ability to collaborate effectively across functions
- Willingness to travel to support rotational assignments
- Demonstrated commitment to growth and development
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing people leaders or large teams
- Exposure to multiple business functions or operating environments, including commercial, customer service and product experience
- Participation in leadership development programs
- Advanced degree and/or professional certification
- Experience working within a matrixed organization
Program Commitment
Participants are expected to actively engage in all aspects of the Holman Leadership Rotation Program, including rotational assignments, leadership development experiences, mentoring, and cohort learning. Successful participants demonstrate a commitment to continuous growth, adaptability, and expanding their leadership capabilities through diverse experiences across Holman.
Pay:
We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $137,190.00 - $212,645.00 CAD annually for full time employees.
