Manager Learning and Development

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Learning & Development Manager to lead our hotel's learning culture and drive employee development. The successful candidate will design and implement engaging training programs, support leadership development, ensure compliance with brand standards, and foster a high-performance workforce that delivers exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the annual learning and development strategy.
  • Conduct training needs analysis and deliver effective learning programs.
  • Lead onboarding, orientation, and mandatory compliance training.
  • Coordinate leadership development, succession planning, and talent initiatives.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and maintain accurate learning records.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards, quality audits, and statutory training requirements.
  • Partner with department heads to enhance team capabilities and performance.
  • Manage learning platforms and prepare training reports and KPIs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of Learning & Development experience in the hospitality industry, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office.
  • Previous experience with an international hotel brand will be an added advantage.

Candidates with extensive experience in the hotel industry and strong market connections are preferred. Applicants with significant influence in the industry will have an advantage.
