Manager - Learning and Development

The Learning and Development Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of learning and development initiatives across the organization. The role focuses on managing training programs, partnering with stakeholders, supporting talent development initiatives, and ensuring learning activities are delivered effectively in line with business objectives and talent growth strategies.
A typical day includes:
- Act as the primary point of contact between department leads, external training providers, and global network representatives to support learning initiatives.
- Manage the end-to-end execution of training programs under the CORE Training Academy, ensuring smooth delivery and participant engagement.
- Support talent assessment and development initiatives by tracking KPIs and measuring the effectiveness of assessment center activities.
- Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to develop and enhance training curricula, ensuring content remains relevant and impactful.
- Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, RSVP management, venue coordination, and vendor support.
- Monitor and report on training effectiveness through evaluations, feedback analysis, and performance metrics.
- Lead the recruitment process for the Graduate Trainee Program, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and stakeholder communication.
- Maintain learning records, training documentation, and program trackers to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3-6 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Education, or Human Resources.
- A bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, Humanities, or a related field.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple learning initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience in training program management, curriculum development, or talent development initiatives.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly when managing learning operations and logistics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track KPIs, evaluate program effectiveness, and provide actionable insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; English is required and Arabic is a plus.
- Agency experience and familiarity with adult learning principles are advantageous.
