Manager, Legal – Commercial

Are you a seasoned Commercial Lawyer with extensive experience managing high-value EPCC contracts within the Oil & Gas industry? We are looking for an experienced Manager, Legal – Commercial to join our team and provide strategic legal support on complex commercial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Draft, review, negotiate, and administer high-value commercial contracts, including EPCC, procurement, joint venture, financing, technology licensing, production sharing, and off-take agreements.
✅ Advise the business on legal, commercial, financial, operational, and regulatory risks while driving commercially sound solutions.
✅ Lead contract negotiations with customers, vendors, business partners, regulators, and financing institutions.
✅ Manage claims, change orders, liquidated damages, warranties, dispute resolution, and contract governance.

Requirements:
✔️ LL.B. degree and qualified to practice law.
✔️ Minimum of 10 years' post-qualification experience in a reputable law firm or corporate organization.
✔️ Extensive experience as a Contracts & Procurement Lawyer supporting large-scale EPCC projects valued at USD 100M+.
✔️ Strong Oil & Gas industry experience (Upstream, Midstream, Downstream, Petrochemicals, Fertilizers, or related sectors).
✔️ Excellent contract drafting, negotiation, advocacy, and stakeholder management skills.
✔️ Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate complex legal issues into practical business advice.
