Job Summary

We are seeking a versatile professional to lead growth and technical operations in ship repair. This role integrates commercial strategy, mechanical management, and NDT expertise to strengthen partnerships with shipyards and marine clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand business opportunities with shipyards and vessel owners to increase market presence
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients and potential customers to support business growth
• Drive sales growth by securing repair contracts aligned with company objectives
• Oversee mechanical operations, maintenance, and repair projects to ensure timely and quality delivery
• Lead and mentor engineering teams to achieve high-quality project outcomes and continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and marine industry standards to uphold operational excellence
• Apply NDT knowledge to improve inspection accuracy and enhance repair reliability

Required competencies and certifications

• Experience in ship repair, mechanical project management, and business development
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to balance commercial objectives with technical excellence

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or related field
• NDT qualification (considered an advantage)
