Manager, Logistics (WFS)
Key Responsibilities:
Account Strategy Development: Contribute to the strategic planning for a sub-category within WFS by conducting in-depth analysis of pricing structures, operational rules, and sales metrics to inform account strategy.
Logistics Performance Optimization: Drive continuous improvement in logistics performance to guarantee seamless execution of seller fulfillment operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all processes.
Team Leadership and Problem Solving: Head a dedicated team tasked with addressing and resolving intricate logistics and fulfillment challenges. Foster an environment that not only meets but exceeds seller expectations.
Product Feedback and Enhancement: Offer critical feedback on product operations, align business and technical requirements, and leverage customer and product data to identify areas for improvement. Transform customer insights into actionable strategies, plan rollouts, and manage associated risks.
People Development: Mentor and guide less experienced team members, providing constructive feedback to boost their skills, knowledge, and overall work performance, and contribute to their professional growth.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in logistics, fulfillment, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for enhancing product offerings and user experience.
- A bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Fluency in English is essential, both written and spoken.
