Manager (m/w/d) Sourcing Controlling

Your role

• Driving the setup and further development of a group-wide sourcing business partnering function from headquarters across all continents and sourcing categories
• Contributing to strategic initiatives and advising the Group CPO in close collaboration with the Sourcing Excellence function
• Further developing the steering concept for the global sourcing organization
• Enhancing existing data models and reporting architecture along the Source-to-Pay process, with a strong focus on digitalization and new technologies such as SAP SAC, SAP BW and Celonis
• Monitoring and analyzing strategic and operational targets to support effective decision-making
• Supporting the optimization of demand and inventory
• Managing, validating and driving key sourcing savings projects across the organization
• Supporting the annual planning and target-setting process for sourcing KPIs, including but not limited to material cost, sourcing savings, payment terms and supplier performance

Your profile

• Successfully completed degree in Business Administration or a comparable field
• Strong understanding of controlling as a key driver of business performance, ideally combined with more than 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Proven experience acting as a business partner in an international corporate environment
• Practical experience with controlling and procurement tools such as SAP FI/CO, SAP BW, SAP Ariba, SAP Analytics Cloud, Celonis and Excel would be an advantage
• Strong analytical skills, quick comprehension and excellent communication abilities
• Enthusiasm for working in an international team environment
• Fluent English skills and good German language skills
