Manager (Marketing, Arts & Culture Event) - Contract

We are looking for a Marcomms Manager to oversee the development and execution of our integrated digital marketing plans for a large-scale Arts and Culture Event.

• Up to $5,000 per month
• ASAP - 31 May 2027, subject to renewal
• Lavender MRT / Event site as required

What to expect:

• Manage social media platforms, including content curation, publishing, trend monitoring and audience engagement to strengthen programme branding and online presence.
• Support integrated digital and traditional marketing campaigns, coordinating media buys, influencer engagement, website updates, content creation, and advertising across TV, radio, and out-of-home channels.
• Develop and execute media engagement and publicity plans with vendors and stakeholders to generate media interest and enhance public awareness of both programmes.
• Coordinate the development of event collaterals, branding visuals, and publicity materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and timely delivery.
• Support event production, logistics, and administrative activities, including on-site quality checks, procurement, meetings, documentation, reporting, and post-event reviews to drive continuous improvement.

Who we are looking for:

• Possesses minimum a Bachelor's Degree with 1 years' experience in Marketing and Communications and Events Management.
• Creative sensibility with an eye for design and branding consistency across marketing collaterals.
• Comfortable with working outside of office hours including late nights and weekends leading up to the Event.
