We are looking for an experienced 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 with a strong background in 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀 and a proven track record of leading creative campaigns, managing brands, and driving measurable business results. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for shaping the brand voice, managing campaigns, and leading cross-platform marketing initiatives across 𝗱𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹, 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗲𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Develop and execute integrated brand and marketing strategies for 𝗧𝗶𝗽𝘀𝗼𝗶.

• Oversee creative direction, brand storytelling, and visual communication.

• Lead campaign planning and execution for social, digital, print, and event marketing.

• Manage agency collaborations, media planning, and production.

• Build and guide a high-performing marketing team.

• Drive brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.

• Analyze marketing data, performance reports, and ROI metrics to inform strategy.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

• Minimum 𝟱-𝟭𝟬 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗿 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴, with prior experience working in an 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆.

• Strong leadership and creative direction skills.

• Proven expertise in 𝗰𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆, 𝗱𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀.

• Excellent understanding of audience insight, media buying, and content planning.

• Ability to translate creative concepts into business impact.
