KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
The individual in Multi Asset Implementation has an important role to play with several key accountabilities:
- Responsibility for implementing the investment strategies of the MAPS portfolio management team
- Automate trade generation, execution workflows, and transition playbooks
- Build TCA, liquidity analytics, and execution optimization frameworks
- Develop dashboards for exposure, cost, and transition monitoring
- Partner with FMs, dealing desks and the industry participants in the development of the operating model
- Document the SOPs clearly and maintain the knowledge repositories
- Continuously drive opportunities for improvement

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- 5-8+ years of relevant experience in asset management, investment implementation, trading, portfolio operations, transition management, or a related financial services role.
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of multi-asset portfolios across Equities, Fixed Income, FX and Derivatives.
- Experience supporting portfolio implementation, rebalancing, execution workflows, transition events, or derivative overlay programs.
- Proven ability to work with portfolio managers, dealing desks, operations, technology teams, and external service providers.
- Strong understanding of the portfolio systems (e.g., Aladdin, OMS/EMS)
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills in a multi-team environment
- Experience in execution, rebalancing, and transition management will be a plus
- Knowledge of transaction cost drivers, market liquidity, and execution strategies will be a plus
Highly Desirable:
- Experience in transition management and institutional portfolio trading.
- Knowledge of transaction cost analysis (TCA), market liquidity and execution strategies.
- Experience with derivative overlays and implementation of investment strategies.
- Exposure to process transformation, operating model redesign, automation initiatives, or vendor management.
- Experience developing implementation analytics, dashboards, or workflow automation solutions.
