<p><b>Manager - Multimedia and Visual Design</b></p><p><b>Experience: 10 to 15 Years</b></p><p><b>Location: Pune (Hybrid)</b></p><p><b><br /></b></p><p><b>Key Skills:</b></p><p><b>Front end/Languages- </b>Adobe Animate, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Video editing tools, Visualization Skills, Creative Thinking, Sketching skills, Basic HTML 5, CSS.</p><p><b>Processes/ Methodologies - </b>UI/UX to suit eLearning, eLearning rules and standards, Screen Design Theory, Color Theory, Typography.</p><p><b>Tools: Authoring tools - </b>Articulate Storyline, Captivate, Lectora.</p><p><b><br /></b></p><p><b>Roles and Responsibilities:</b></p><p><b>Team Responsibilities:</b></p><p> Defining/modifying the structure of the functional team in collaboration with the Delivery Head</p><p> Leading large sized teams consisting of Functional Managers, Associate Managers, Leads, Seniors, Juniors and Trainees</p><p>Performance management and mentoring, conflict management</p><p><b><br />Project Responsibilities:</b></p><p>Project allocations as per team’s knowledge and skills</p><p>Approving design approaches, design solutions and development tools defined by the Functional Leads</p><p><b>Marketing and Pre-Sales Responsibilities:</b></p><p>Working with the proposal engineering and project management teams to create proposals and marketing collateral</p><p>Create design approaches, estimates, solutions and demos in addition to contribution in proposals, responses to RFIs and quotes</p><p> Regularly writes blog posts or articles to showcase the company strengths and learning</p><p><b>Functional Responsibilities:</b></p><p>Quality management, setting processes, design standards and best practices for Project management</p><p>Keeping up with trends in the learning industry</p><p><b><br />Leadership:</b></p><p>Effectively implements systems and process in the team/workgroup by assessing the knowledge and skills required</p><p>Assesses employees’ strengths accurately, their career aspirations and development need to reconcile and align individuals and organizational needs</p><p>Mentors and coaches’ people (all functional team members at all levels) and contributes to their overall development.</p><p><b>AI tools and technologies:</b></p><p>Needs to be well-versed in AI tools and technologies and how to use AI to improve design while also increasing production efficiencies.</p>
