Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of application engineers to provide product support, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex issues related to industrial automation systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of problems and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for products, including user manuals, guides, and knowledge base articles.
- Provide expert-level guidance on product features, functionality, and best practices to customers.
Job Requirements :
- 8-10 years of experience in application engineering or similar role in the industrial automation industry.
- Strong understanding of PLC programming languages (e.g., ladder logic) and HMI software (e.g., Wonderware).
- Experience with industrial communication protocols such as Modbus RTU/TCP, Profibus/Profinet, DeviceNet.
