Manager of Application Engineer – Module

このポジションについて Join our Application Engineering team and play a key role in supporting leading electronics customers with advanced adhesive solutions. This position combines technical expertise, customer engagement, and team leadership, focusing on camera module applications and related electronic manufacturing processes. 職務内容 Provide technical consultation and application support for adhesive solutions within electronics manufacturing, particularly Camera Module applications. Visit customers to understand manufacturing processes, application requirements, technical challenges, and market trends, and recommend suitable solutions. Conduct product demonstrations, technical evaluations, laboratory testing, and analysis of customer samples, and communicate results to customers. Lead and manage multiple customer projects and support product development activities through strong technical expertise and troubleshooting capabilities. Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Innovation, and global technical teams to support existing business and identify new opportunities. Support process improvement, technical documentation standardization, and continuous enhancement of testing and application methodologies. For management-level hires, lead and develop the team while managing project priorities and resource allocation. 電子材料・接着剤製品、特にカメラモジュール向けアプリケーションに関する技術サポートおよびソリューション提を担当する。 顧客を訪問し、生産工程や技術課題、アプリケーション要件、市場・競合動向を把握した上で、最適なソリューションを提案する。 製品デモンストレーション、技術評価、サンプル評価試験、技術プレゼンテーションを実施し、顧客の課題解決を支援する。 顧客サンプルの評価・分析を行い、試験結果をまとめて技術レポートとして顧客へ報告する。 複数の顧客案件および製品開発プロジェクトを並行してリードし、技術的な観点からプロジェクト推進を支援する。 接着剤塗布、硬化、接合プロセスなどの最適化を通じて、顧客の生産性向上および品質改善に貢献する。 Sales、Marketing、Product Development、Innovationおよび海外を含む技術チームと連携し、顧客ニーズへの対応と新規ビジネス創出を推進する。 顧客からの技術的フィードバックや市場情報を活用し、既存製品の改善および新規ビジネス機会の発掘を行う。 技術資料や評価データの標準化を推進し、プラットフォーム間でのデータ整合性を確保する。 エレクトロニクス業界、半導体業界、接着剤業界の最新技術・市場動向を継続的に把握し、ビジネスへ活用する。 マネジメントレベルの場合は、チーム運営、人材育成、プロジェクトおよびリソース管理を担当する。
