eStruxture Data Centers seeks a Manager of Data Center Operations for the Van-3 location in Vancouver. You will lead critical operational processes and manage diverse technical teams. In this pivotal management role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations at our data center. Requires a blend of leadership experience (5+ years) in mission-critical environments and a strong understanding of electrical and safety systems. Drive compliance and safety while managing technical incidents and executing service requests efficiently. Key Responsibilities: • Facilitate an efficient team to ensure top-tier service • Oversee critical electrical and mechanical systems • Direct emergency responses and incident management • Outline and refine operational procedures and safety practices • Analyze site capacity for future scalability and planning Requirements: • 5+ years experience in data center operations • In-depth knowledge of colocation and performance metrics • Solid background in incident management practices • Competence in budget management (CAPEX/OPEX) • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or similar Drive excellence in data center operations at eStruxture's Vancouver location, ensuring quality and safety.
