Manager of Industrial BI & Data Engineering

Become a key player at Danone Canada as the Industrial BI & Data Engineering Manager in Boucherville. Drive impactful BI and data engineering initiatives within the manufacturing sector. Reporting to the Senior Manager, BI & Data Excellence, your role centers on developing and maintaining BI products that serve the manufacturing teams. The position is essential for improving operational processes and fulfilling the needs of various stakeholders. You’ll focus on ensuring effective communication and enhancing data governance within the department. Key Responsibilities: • Provide engaging support and coverage for industrial manufacturing teams • Coordinate BI project requests with IT and manufacturing teams • Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines and data flows • Develop and manage insightful reports and dashboards • Advocate for effective BI governance and data quality practices Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent • 3-5 years of experience in data engineering and BI • Expertise in Power BI, SQL, and relevant tools • Bilingual in French and English for stakeholder communication • Understanding of the consumer goods or manufacturing environment Leverage your leadership and technical skills to enhance Danone Canada's BI capabilities.
