We are seeking a Manager of Loan Programs who will support EFS’ work by keeping program delivery efficient, accurate, and responsive—connecting people, processes, and technology to deliver high-quality service.
The ideal candidate combines strong project management, communication, and analytical skills with experience coaching teams, and building collaborative relationships to deliver high-quality service while adapting to changing priorities.
We encourage candidates from diverse backgrounds. We value collaboration, curiosity, and a commitment to continuous improvement. While we’re mostly remote, Slipstream can only hire in select states (outlined in the application). Our preferred candidate will be located in Madison, WI.

- Keep program operations running smoothly. Oversee fulfillment, form development and processing, invoice processing, reporting, and quality control. Monitor workloads and resolve bottlenecks to maintain consistent service across programs.
- Drive continuous improvement. Evaluate program processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement practical improvements to procedures and technology that balance cost, quality, and customer needs.
- Build strong partnerships. Serve as a client contact for operational and administrative matters, and coordinate with the Information Center, IT, marketing, and accounting to align support and resources.
- Strengthen systems and data quality. Partner with staff, contractors, clients, and IT to define data collection and reporting needs, improve operational databases and interfaces, and maintain data integrity. Support training on data entry and reporting tools.
- Support responsive program delivery. Coordinate program materials and updates, help address customer questions about eligibility and rebate decisions, and contribute to cross-functional workgroups.
