Schedule: Days | Full-time
Staff Leadership: Manage reimbursement team operations, hiring, evaluations, and ongoing staff development.
Systems & Audits: Oversee third-party calculation systems, annual audits, and required financial reporting.
Compliance & Appeals: Ensure strict accuracy on all third-party filings and coordinate regulatory appeals.
Expert Liaison: Act as the main resource for internal management, external auditors, and consultants.
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Additional Preferences:
- Accountant preferred.
- 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
