Manager of Revenue Cycle and Financial Systems

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and participate in revenue cycle and financial/operational system projects, including analysis, design, and implementation.
• Supervise daily operations of registration, scheduling, health information management, document imaging, and billing teams.
• Determine work schedules, monitor performance, and resolve technical and project issues while educating staff.
• Plan and manage day-to-day team activities, prioritizing tasks and ensuring integration of system configurations.
• Prepare summary team status reports and review with the Project Director, ensuring project completion as outlined in the project plan.
• Assess risk impacts to projects and ensure high-quality deliverables in collaboration with the Project Quality Control Team.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of project management experience.
• Five years of information systems experience, with at least three years in healthcare revenue cycle and financial systems.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office products, including MS Project.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with strong customer service abilities.
• Experience in managing system selection, acquisition, and implementation projects.
• Familiarity with process redesign and re-engineering methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Full-time position with a hybrid work arrangement (onsite 50% of the time).
• Salary range of $95,000 - $125,000, depending on experience.
