Manager of Sales Development

ProfitSolv is a SaaS business services provider for the legal and accounting industry. We are looking for a Manager, Sales Development to join our growing team!

The primary purpose of the Manager of Sales Development is to manage and develop a team of sales representatives. The manager works closely with representatives to set and achieve sales targets and develop and execute sales strategies. As well as providing feedback to sales representatives and coaching them

As a Manager of Sales Development , you will:

• Maintain relationships with current and past clients by regularly following up to ensure their satisfaction with the products or services they purchased.
• Research and identify potential new clients and markets for ProfitSolv’s services or products.
• Develop training programs and train new employees on the company’s services and products.
• Meet with current and potential clients to determine the best way to meet their needs.
• Negotiate terms for contracts and pricing with clients to best fit both theirs and the company’s goals.
• Prepare regular reports on forecasted revenue, deals, sales activity, etc. for management.
• Meet and surpass annual and quarter sales targets by developing and revising effective sales strategies.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure client objectives and needs are met.
• Other duties as assigned.
