ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
To network and communicate with various Law Enforcement Agencies for developing partnership for combatting the cybercrimes against children.
The incumbent will also be required to contribute to the delivery of training, workshops and conferences as required according to the project framework related to digital investigation of cyber-crimes against children.
To identify the gaps and assist the law enforcement agencies with technical solutions for effective investigation and prosecution of digital crime cases
To develop required software and tools for enhancing prosecution
To review, develop and amend policy drafts and propose suggestions to improve the effects of existing policies.
To supervise and guide the team working at ground level
To carry any other duties as assigned by senior members of ICP.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s Degree with specialization in Computer Science, Forensic Science or related field required
Advanced degree in Cyber law, Digital Forensics, or related field preferred
Law enforcement or Government background is highly desired
Overseas experience, experience working with international entities, and familiarity with child protection issues preferred
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Strong research, writing, and editing skills/experience required
Technical knowledge of tools, softwares required for investigation of cybercrime,
5+ years of Project management, workflow, time management required
Experience with project Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) desired
Excellent oral and written communication skills required
Superior interpersonal, time management, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize, successfully complete multiple tasks with attention to detail, and meet deadlines
Adaptability, flexibility, and ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient Hindi language – spoken and written – required
Proficient English language – spoken and written – required
