Eligibility
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's preferably Master's from an HEC recognized institute/university (Professional certification will be an added advantage).
- Qualification in Islamic Finance will be an added advantage.
Skills
- Project management, process re-engineering, gap analysis, and workflow optimization.
- Banking operations, products, and regulatory knowledge.
- Stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, project/process management tools, and Power BI.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant managerial experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading process re-engineering and improvement projects from initiation to implementation.
- Identifying process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation and optimization.
- Conducting process mapping and gap analysis while developing To-Be processes and SOPs.
- Coordinating cross-functional initiatives to drive timely implementation, cost efficiency, productivity, TAT reduction, and improved customer experience.
