Description
- Lead the end-to-end design, implementation, and configuration of Oracle ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service) modules, including Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching.
- Manage and mentor a team of EPM consultants and administrators, ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.
- Collaborate with corporate controllers and accounting teams to streamline the monthly financial close process and translate accounting policies into automated reconciliation workflows.
- Configure and optimize complex reconciliation formats, profiles, rules, and match processes to increase automation rates across high-volume accounts.
- Architect and manage seamless data integration pipelines from various ERP source systems (e.g., Oracle Cloud ERP, SAP, NetSuite) into ARCS using Data Management or Data Integration.
- Establish and enforce system security, user provisioning, approval workflows, team assignments, and segregation of duties within the platform.
- Monitor monthly reconciliation compliance metrics, providing dashboards and audit-ready reports to senior financial leadership.
- Manage system administration tasks, including the validation of monthly Oracle updates, patch testing, metadata maintenance, and enhancement requests.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), author testing scripts, and conduct training sessions for end-users and accounting business owners.
