As the Manager, Order execution and Procurement, EME & Africa you are responsible for leading and continuously improving the order-to-delivery execution in the region. You are accountable ensuring reliable, efficient, and customer-focused delivery of products and services. The role reports directly to the Head of EME & Africa, and owns the order execution and operational procurement of the regional supply chain.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the management of the order-to-delivery process for our aftermarket products in EME & Africa, . Your key responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for order execution and operational procurement in the assigned area.

  • Responsible for delivery reliability and revenue recognition for standard parts and consumables

  • Acts as an escalation point for sales directors during execution process

  • Driving execution excellence and uphold high standards of customer satisfaction, in alignment with company KPIs

  • Managing backlog, ensures system data and dates are accurately maintained and visibility on order status is provided to customers and internal stakeholders

  • Mitigating executions risk by planning prioritizing and actively managing external and internal stakeholders

You will be leading the supply chain team located primarily in Chennai, India.

What you bring


You have a proven track-record in managing supply chain operations in an industrial company. You have strong functional knowledge, as well as the leadership skills to drive high performing teams. To succeed in this role you have:

  • Master's Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field

  • Experience in sourcing, procurement, order execution or supply chain management

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience working in a global organization

  • High sense of urgency and accountability
