Position: Manager - Organization Structuring & Corporate Strategy

Experience : 5 - 8 year

Function: Organizational Structuring / Business Transformation

Core responsibility :

1. Monitor daily operational dashboards

2. Detect deviations from defined KPAs/KRIs

3. Alert teams and HODs immediately

4. Escalate unresolved issues

5. Recommend corrective actions

6. Present Chairman daily/weekly review reports

Purpose

To strengthen organizational architecture, establish accountability frameworks, and drive process-oriented performance management across departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement organization structures, reporting hierarchies, and role mapping.

- Develop and monitor KPA, KRA, and KRI frameworks across functions.

- Drive Performance Management System (PMS) implementation and periodic reviews.

- Conduct daily reviews of departmental process adherence and operational discipline.

- Identify process gaps, deviations, and inefficiencies, and initiate corrective actions.

- Coordinate with HODs and business teams for closure of critical action points.

- Escalate major operational or governance concerns to the CEO Office.

- Prepare and publish daily, weekly, and monthly performance dashboards and management reports.

- Support organizational transformation, governance, and strategic improvement initiatives.

- Ensure alignment of departmental objectives with organizational goals and business strategy.

Desired Candidate Profile

- MBA from premier institutes, preferably IIMs.

- Specialization in Strategy, General Management, HR, or Organizational Development.

- 3-8 years of experience in organizational transformation, strategy execution, PMS, consulting, or business process management.

- Strong analytical, governance, and stakeholder management capabilities.

- Proficiency in MIS reporting, dashboard preparation, and performance analytics.

- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
