Manager OTA & Digital Strategy
About the Role
Qatar Airways is seeking a Manager OTA & Digital Strategy to join our Global Leisure Sales team. In this role, you will manage the OTA and Digital B2B Distribution portfolio, driving revenue growth, profitability and channel performance through strategic partner management, commercial optimisation and digital distribution initiatives. You will play a key role in enhancing partner performance, identifying growth opportunities and supporting the execution of digital distribution strategies aligned with commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the OTA and Digital B2B Distribution portfolio to support revenue growth, profitability and channel performance.
- Develop and deliver account plans to achieve assigned revenue, market share and performance objectives.
- Drive partner performance through business reviews, commercial discussions and optimisation initiatives.
- Support digital distribution and channel development initiatives, including NDC adoption and portfolio optimisation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with global and regional OTA and Digital B2B partners.
- Collaborate with Revenue Management, Pricing, Distribution, Digital, Analytics and Regional Sales teams to improve channel performance.
- Monitor partner, channel and customer performance and provide data-driven recommendations to improve commercial outcomes.
- Support partner onboarding, content management and technology implementations to enhance distribution effectiveness.
- Lead and develop team members through coaching, accountability and continuous improvement.
- Contribute market insights and commercial recommendations that support distribution strategy and business objectives.
