Requirements:
√ Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Operations Management, Facility Management or a related discipline.
√ At least 3-5 years’ relevant professional experience in sales, business development, hospitality, coworking, serviced offices or another customer- facing commercial environment.
√ Candidates must have previous supervisory responsibility. Evidence of responsibility for revenue targets, commercial growth or lead conversion is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:
√ The Manager will have direct responsibility for the commercial and operational performance of Pay & Work.
√ This is a revenue-owning management position and not primarily an administrative role. The Manager must actively grow bookings, workspace utilisation, memberships, corporate accounts, partnerships and repeat business while maintaining high service standards.
