As a key member of the Payment Acceptance team within Treasury, you will manage drive the expansion and scaling of Apple's payment technology and infrastructure across APAC with our payment partners. You will play a pivotal role in payments strategy and contribute to high-profile initiatives across the region and lead the development of payment solutions that support how Apple sells its products and services -- online, in retail stores, and through the App Store. This cross-functional role is focused on building localized, scalable, and compliant payment solutions for Apple.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: BS/BA degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field required.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in payments, with deep expertise in acquiring, bank payments, and third-party payment institutions.
- Authoritative knowledge of payment regulatory framework, including PBOC regulations, cross-border payment policies, and licensing requirements -- with the ability to translate regulatory complexity into actionable business strategy.
- Established relationships and proven experience working at a senior level with network, domestic payment wallets and banking partners.
- Demonstrated track record of building and managing high-value strategic partnerships and driving business development outcomes at scale.
- Exceptional leadership presence, with the grit and bias for action required to drive results in a complex, fast-moving environment.
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, lead through complexity, and make high-quality decisions at pace.
- Outstanding executive communication and influencing skills, with the credibility to engage senior stakeholders across cultures, functions, and geographies.
- Excellent project management discipline, with strong written and oral communication skills in both Mandarin and English.

- MBA strongly preferred;
- Demonstrated ability to set strategic priorities, operate with a high degree of autonomy, and deliver results across multiple high-stakes initiatives simultaneously.
