NewBe an early applicantThe Manager, People & Culture plays a key role in overseeing daily people operations, driving talent acquisition, guiding onboarding, cultivating workplace culture, and handling core HR administration. We are seeking a people-oriented leader who can align business goals with a positive, high-performing environment.
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Direct full-lifecycle recruitment efforts, encompassing targeted sourcing, candidate interviewing, offers, and onboarding optimization for full-time, contract, and global team members.
- Internship Program Oversight: Lead the end-to-end management of the Her Campus Media intern program, driving recruitment, seamless onboarding, and ongoing program operations.
- HR Operations: Facilitate HR administrative tasks, including reporting, PEO implementation, data management, employee file management, and policy updates.
- Professional Development: Assist in driving learning and development initiatives that enhance core competencies and professional skills across the workforce.
- Organizational Culture & Engagement: Design and deliver meaningful engagement initiatives year-round to foster unity and strong interpersonal connections within a fully remote work environment.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Professional Background: Minimum of 3+ years in progressive HR or talent acquisition roles. Experience handling recruitment, candidate sourcing, and onboarding within a dynamic, fast-growing organization is strongly preferred.
- Core Competencies & Technical Skills:
- Strong active listening, verbal/written communication, and conflict management abilities.
- Hands-on experience with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
- Adept at analyzing and interpreting data (e.g., Google Sheets) to extract strategic insights and form actionable plans.
