Manager - People Operations

We are looking for an experienced People Operations Lead to drive operational excellence, Shared Services development, process transitions, and digital transformation from our Bangalore hub. The role will be responsible for ensuring high-quality People Operations delivery while building scalable, standardized and technology-enabled processes.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day People Operations delivery, ensuring SLA, productivity, accuracy, service quality and business continuity.
• Support the development and scale-up of the Bangalore People Operations Shared Services model.
• Lead end-to-end process transitions, including discovery, process mapping, knowledge transfer, readiness, implementation and stabilization.
• Drive EC and onboarding deployment, ensuring process readiness, standardization and a seamless employee experience.
• Identify opportunities for process simplification, standardization, automation, AI and digital transformation.
• Establish and maintain SOPs, RACI, SLAs, governance frameworks and operational controls.
• Monitor KPIs including SLA, backlog, TAT, productivity, accuracy, CSAT and digital adoption, and provide regular performance insights.
• Lead, coach and develop the People Operations team, building capability, cross-training and operational resilience.
• Partner with HRBPs, TA, Payroll, HRIS, IT and regional/global People teams to drive effective service delivery and transformation.
• Identify improvement opportunities and maintain a continuous improvement roadmap aligned with business needs.

Education & Experience:

• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development or related field preferred.

• 8-12+ years of experience in HR/People Operations, HR Shared Services or HR Transformation.
• Strong experience in Shared Services, process transition, HR operations and service delivery.
• Proven ability to lead process improvement, automation and technology-enabled transformation.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working across regional/global teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and people leadership capabilities.
• Stabilized and high-performing People Operations delivery.
• Successful EC, onboarding and Shared Services process deployments.
• Clear process visibility, ownership, documentation and governance.
• Successful migration of regional processes into Bangalore.
