Manager – PKI & Certificate Management
Salary: RM 10,000 – RM 14,000 per month
About the role
Owns the delivery, technical direction and service performance of the PKI & Certificate Management serviceThe role works within the approved MSSP operating model and follows Western Digital's security, change, incident and service management requirements.
Key responsibilities
Operationalize security requirements for CAs, trust strategies, revocation, enrollment and renewal policies and processes
Maintain the WD PKI infrastructure; manage Root CA infrastructure supporting wireless, IPSEC access and code signing
Deploy and configure CA servers per security and infrastructure requirements; monitor and perform regular health checks of CA servers
Report performance against Service Levels; inform immediately of any vulnerability, weakness or security breach
Identify, develop and implement Supplier process improvements for security, integrity and compliance
Adhere to WD's data security classification policy; ensure Supplier tools and services integrate Configuration, Change, Problem and Incident Management systems
Requirement
7+ Years manager cyber security
Keyfactor and Azure Key Vault experience
Certification Authority operations, certificate templates and CRL management
CSR validation and SSL/TLS certificate troubleshooting
Smartsheet workflows
Appropriately skilled personnel with applicable certifications as required by client
