Summary

The Manager, Platform Partnerships & Strategy will lead strategic relationships with HR technology platforms and benefits administration partners to enhance the delivery of employee benefits solutions. The manager will also lead a team of platform experts. This role ensures seamless integration between the carrier’s offerings and external HR platforms, driving operational efficiency, compliance, and exceptional client experience.

✔ Partnership Management Build and maintain strong relationships with HR technology vendors, benefits administration platforms, and payroll providers. Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Ensure all partnerships adhere to regulatory requirements (ERISA, HIPAA, ACA). Maintain data security and privacy standards across platforms. Collaborate with Marketing to ensure all marketing materials reflect updated partnership and integration information

✔ Pre-Sale to Post-Sale Integration & Implementation Provide Pre-sale and Finalist meetings support to Sales on a specific HRIS or benefits administration platform Oversee technical and operational integration of benefits products with partner platforms. Collaborate with all internal teams and vendor partners to ensure smooth data exchange and compliance.

✔ Strategic Planning & Execution Identify opportunities to expand partnerships and improve service delivery. Engaged in strategy planning & recommendation Responsible for execution of defined strategy Monitor industry trends and recommend innovative solutions for HR technology integration.
